How to apply
Complete the online registration, you will see that the customer number has already been entered for you. If you are a ChinaOneCall customer please enter "WMCCSEP8" as the promtion code on the ChinaOneCall website in the login section, for non-customers please enter "WMCTSEP8" when you sign up to ChinaOneCall, to receive this offer.
Please note however that there is currently no Mandarin translation by the World Health Organisation and it may be benefical for you to subscribe to the ChinaOneCall service.

Please remember: if you do need to see your doctor, complete as much of the form as possible first and only ask your doctor to check and add any information necessary - your doctor does not need to add World Health codes as we will do that for you. Please make sure any handwritten information is printed to ensure no mistakes.
You should also receive an sms message soon after you complete the application. Follow the instructions and the information you have registered will be transmitted to your mobile phone where you can download it into the language of the country you are visiting. There are 11 languages to choose from, which are World Health Organisation translations.
